Your QCA membership is now due for renewal for the 2015/16 financial year. To complete your renewal, log-in to the Counselling and Psychotherapy Portal and complete the QCA Renewal Form. Please use the renewal form for your level of membership.
Associate members use QCA 4.
Provisional , Clinical and Fellows use QCA 5.
To renew, please click here to log in to the Counselling and Psychotherapy Portal and then follow the instructions on page 9 and 10 of the attached guide to complete your renewal application. Please also note the instructions for completing your logs of PD, and client and supervision hours.
Associate, Provisional and Clinical members should review the QCA renewal requirements in the attached document. Please ensure you have met the requirements before completing your online renewal or contact QCA for advice.
Leave of Absence
In some circumstances, you may be able to apply to go on leave from your QCA membership. Please refer to our Leave of Absence policy on the QCA Website.
Due Date for Renewals
Your renewal for the membership period ending 30 June 2016 should be completed by 30th June 2015 and no later than 30 September 2015.
In the event that QCA has not received your completed renewal form by 30 September 2015, your QCA membership will automatically lapse. You will then need to reapply to QCA if you wish to continue your membership.
