Your QCA membership renewal for the 2018/19 financial year is coming up quickly. QCA offer an EARLY BIRD DISCOUNT if members renew their membership by 31 July 2018.
Clinical Early Bird*= $300 (a savings of $54)
Provisional Early Bird*= $250 (a savings of $20)
Associates Early Bird*= $200 (a savings of $20)
*Please note from 1 August the Full Fee membership prices will apply
QCA members have access to great prices on professional indemnity insurance through:

- AON – are offering a “receive 15 months for the price of 12” if you book online AON Special

IMPORTANT DATES TO REMEMBER:
The due date for renewals is 30th June 2018. To assist members, the Early Bird rate will be available until 31st July 2018.
Full Fee renewals will take effect from 1 August and must be completed no later than 30 September 2018. In the event that QCA has not received your completed renewal form by 30 September 2018, your QCA membership will automatically lapse. You will then need to contact QCA if you wish to continue your membership.

To complete your renewal online, click Portal members login Your Portal login email address will be the one QCA emailed this renewal to. Once logged in hover your mouse over “membership” in the green header bar and then select QCA Renewals. Choose from the list of products – QCA4 for Associate renewals or QCA5 for Provisional, Clinical or Fellow. If you cannot apply online, please download the form below and post it to QCA. A paper application will attract an additional processing fee of $22.
