Presenter: Margarete Koenning
What do we need, as facilitators, to step into a place where our heart is leading our work?
It starts with getting really connected with oneself. We become coherent. This means we form a unified whole, we agree wholeheartedly with who we are. In constellation work coherence in relation to our ancestry, in relation to our fate, is a vital step of agreeing with who we are. Through coherence we start to become co-operative and this is transmitted into the field. It is here and now that healing begins – the healing of our bodies, the healing of our environments, the healing of separations and the healing of family systems.
In this workshop, participants will experience finding this place of coherence and how to use it to radiate out into the field of their work. Through coherence one can experience the transition from separateness to connectedness and from the individual into community thus seeing the world from the perspective of the individual as a part of a larger system.
